Do you have audio converter? If so, you select the track you want, then go to option, select Left for just the instrumental, Right for vocal, and stereo for both. Then select what you wanna convert to, wma, mp3, etc...hit convert and save.

heheheh that's what I use...dunno if it's what you're looking for.

wait wait i have river past vdo cleaner. not river past audio converter but i found an audio editor dat can split it *hihe*http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

after u rip ur audio file from ur vcd open it up in audacity and then click on the lil triangle to open up the drop down menu. it's where the name of the file is above the Mute and Solo buttons.

then click on split stereo track and then x out the Right channel. the Left is da music part.

then click on file, export as wav or export as mp3

oh noiki u don't have a program dat rips audio from vcd? u can use virtualdub to do it. http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/

it's real easy. after u download it & extract it, open the program up and open ur vcd file in virtualdub. then to go file, save WAV

yeah but i want to get the bg music from the vcd file not the full music.

i tried audacity but for some reason it didn't read the vcd file. i imported it into the audacity and then it had all this funky screeching noise.
