  1. One thing I learned from celebrities is, never trust them, fully, save some space for disappointment. Celebrities have pretty faces for a reason, they can lie and get away with it.

I don't trust Chinese celebrities in particular. They lie through their teeth. They sue people to shut them up even when they know it's the truth. Haha, look at Wu Chun. He denied his wife and kids for years and even said he was going to sue anyone who accuses him of those false allegations when the reporters published photos of his wife driving into his residence and baby clothes in the balcony of his house. Wu Chun was so thick faced. When he finally came out and admitted to those rumors, he shed all responsibility saying that his wife wanted her privacy, she chose to hide the relationship, not him, and why should he need to be sorry to fans or the media when he didn't kill anyone! Hahaha! What a rotten guy. See, jerks who hide their kids and wives ALWAYS use the same old card of "she wanted privacy or I wanted to protect her." Lol

Vic hasn't responded directly. His manager is the only who has responded saying the story is too far fetched and everything has been handed over to the legal team, so in other words, they know it's true that's why they're not coming out to deny anything. Their words are vague and lame to buy time in order to find loopholes to uncredit her and the story. That's what makes me want to vomit. Lol Why can't Vic just be a man and admit it and move on?! Oh, right...he knows he can get away with it especially when she's from a different country too and dumb girl doesn't have any solid proof like photos.

  2. Dang, if only Pear had taken photos like Ray and Boy's scandals. This would be so much juicier.

You know, I would like to see how they're going to sue the Thai media. Honestly, I wouldn't have an issue if they sound like they want to sue Pear for spewing a lie but here, it feels like they're on some high horse thinking that if they issue a warning and threat to the Thai media, the story will die off.

  3. I watched the 16 minute interview. It wasn't the entire press conference, since it was cut here and there, but she sounds decent. The biggest issue I have with her is, why expose someone when you have no evidence? Even if the story is true, so what? Without proof, no one is going to be on your side. In reverse, you're going to get sued for defamation and hated on.

^Yeah, I used "freedom of speech" assuming that she's telling the truth. But yes, it would be defamation if she's lying.

My logic is, it's odd that she would try to sabotage Vic for 30 seconds of fame when she could have done so a long time ago when he was still popular?! Why, now? She seems more like a bitter ex-lover rather than a crazy fan who would make such a story up especially when he just got married and bam, she appears with her story.

Hahah, just like Boy who did it in Japan. These men like to throw their trash in another country thinking the stench wouldn't follow them back home. Hahaha.

  4. I don't know how true the specifics are, if it was rape or no rape or just bed buddies. However, there must be some truth to it. I don't think anyone would just claim complete BS when celebrities these days be suing random people or netizens, for that matter, for commenting anything against them or raises an opinion of them that makes them look bad. Haha.

Even if there is some truth to this story, but this Pear girl is about to raise havoc for herself because who is dumb enough to claim a story on a celebrity without evidence? That's just asking for it. I don't doubt her story because it just doesn't make any sense that out of all celebrities, she would choose Vic to pick on for fame when Vic himself is struggling as it is as a celebrity. Haha. But who knows. She may be one of those sasaeng fans for all I know. Lol

Back in the days when F4 was still popular, there was a similar story like this towards Vic, too. If I remember correctly, some Chinese woman wrote in to a radio station claiming that she was in a relationship with Vic and was pregnant with his child. When Vic discovered the news, he kicked her and she suffered from a miscarriage.

I would like to see the Chinese lawyers sue Pear and the Thai media for freedom of speech. That's why I don't think this story is completely made up. I'm sure she's aware of the consequences and possible lawsuits, but she still pursued the media with her story, so perhaps she really does want people to hear her out after he distanced himself and got married. But if all of this is a lie and made up, boy, she has a thick face. She better have a thick purse to buy her way out of trouble, too, then.

I don't sympathize women like Pear, though. Pear knew the conditions of the relationship, so why ask for so much acknowledgement now? You were obviously his booty call. He only met up with you in bedroom settings to sleep with you, so how can you believe that he was taking you seriously when he blatantly has no respect for you?! I don't feel sorry for any one of them because I think both are as guilty as the other. Vic is just probably upset that she eventually came out with their relationship, which makes him look bad for having cheated on his wife or girlfriend for all of these years and ruined his clean image. Pear is probably upset because she never became the woman he put a ring on. Hahah.

Too bad Pear isn't as smart as Raymond Lam's girl, forgot her name, who actually took photos of them on the bed with him knocked out in the background. Hahah.

  5. Haha, our days of disagreements and agreements are now part of my youth. They're all fond memories when I look back. Although, we may sometimes clash and have different perspectives in life, I do really appreciate you, Mai and all of my fellow Spicy members that I've been acquainted with for the past decade. In the end, what we say or express here doesn't define us completely. Our opinions on certain issues here say very little about us. We have a life outside this forum. So it just doesn't make sense to me that people can call you a hater when they're the ones telling us to not judge because we don't know Por and Bow personally. Haha. They don't know you personally either, definitely, not enough to call you a hater. Lol

Por and Bow supporters or defenders are not automatically fans or crazy fanatics so people who disagree with Por and Bow shouldn't be labeled as haters. That's not fair. In the end, we're all just commentators.

  6. Oh, Mai...always getting bashed for saying certain things a lot of us are not bold enough to express openly. *hugs*

You only hate or hold a personal grudge towards someone or something if you loved or cared for it VERY much. I don't think that's the case with Mai at all. As far as I've been active here on Spicy for the past decade or so, Mai has never had anything to say about Por simply because he has never been that popular, that special, or that important for her to talk about or even mention, so why would anyone for that matter believe that Mai has any personal feelings or hatreds towards Por and his wife, Bow?! That's a HUGE assumption and blatantly wrong in so many levels. Haha.

Everyone has an opinion and they're simply entitled to that opinion. Mai happens to represent the other half or third or whatever the ratio may be, who doesn't enjoy watching Bow prance around doing photo shoots and events prematurely. We're not telling her how she should mourn, but there's definitely a more appropriate time to handle media requests especially after such a difficult life changing event. Is that so hard to understand?

If we have something different to say about Por or Bow or anyone from that matter, why do people who disagree with us automatically use the "hate" card? Is there any more valid argument besides that? Because that is the most ignorant comeback anyone can ever come up with. I mean, that is a very closed minded counterattack. Some people genuinely just don't agree with Por for hiding his family to Bow taking on magazines and events like a celebrity WITH absolutely no ill intentions or personal feelings involved. Why? Do we all have to think alike and suppress our opinions? I think we're being pretty courteous exchanging opinions on a public forum versus going onto Instagram like a lot of the Thai netizens and bashing her on her personal account.

I don't agree with Por and Bow, but hey, it is what it is and we move on. The Thai society starting with their entertainment circle has been compromising old fashion morals for a while now. It's very disappointing and disheartening to see how much things have changed for the worse, but oh well. This is life. Perhaps, I'm just an old fashion person who still believes that everyone should be held accountable for honesty even as entertainers and especially about marriage and children, two huge events in life. The secrets don't get any bigger than that. Hahah. I just don't see the damage in being honest in the long run. Anyway, we express our opinions on certain issues because we "can" and we simply move on. It's not like we're obsessed with them now or the drama that follows, trust me, we live in reality. Por and Bow and how they live their lives isn't that important to us, but it just so happened to be a hot topic we threw in a comment or two just like you. It probably took a few minutes out of our day and we leave it at that. We may never return to the topic or follow up on it because it doesn't mean that much to us, really. We simply just move forward without thinking too much or too hard. With that said, just because we disagree with you doesn't mean that we're going to call you a Por and Bow lover or crazy fanatic because that just wouldn't really make sense. We understand that you're probably an adult living in a reality world who just happened to see certain comments you agreed or disagreed with and you wanted to express your opinion and after you do so, you'll continue on with your life normally just like the rest of us. So let's not make this a personal issue among us Spicy members. It's not about us, really. So if we didn't even have the heart to call you a hardcore Por/Bow fan from the history of events then why would Mai hating on them even be valid? Haha.

  7. I liked LR but didn't exactly jin Sean and Esther too. I always thought Esther was pretty clear about just being siblings with Sean. She never had those eyes for him, so I'm not surprised if Sean tried to hit on her and she didn't go along with it. Wasn't Esther rumored to be with Kang, though?

  8. ^Thanks ja. Will test it out.

Sorry, took a bit longer. The file you sent was FLV and unfortunately, Wondershare doesn't read FLV with SRT, so had to download a MP4 version of the MV. And then the .SRT file you sent was backwards LOL, so I had to rearrange the subtitles, but for testing purposes only, here you go. I think I understand now. The file whether it be FLV or MP4, the highest quality it can go is 360p, which means, yes, once the file is hardsub, the subtitles does fall back on the quality of the video; therefore, the subtitles won't look as sharp as let's say a 720p video. That only makes sense. However, if you want the subtitles to be clear, you can add subtitles through a video maker like Sony Vegas, now that program for sure, will not use the quality of the video for the subs.

  9. Hm...do you mind sending me the clip and .srt file and I'll see if it's just you or somehow help you resolve it? LOL But that's if you want to, I'm fine either way. Normally, the quality of the video shouldn't affect the subs and vice versa since all you're doing is slapping the subs on top of the video. LOL

  10. Generally, subs are separate from video quality. The quality of the video does not affect the subs. However, if you hardsub the subs and then make the size of the file smaller by converting it, the subs will be decreased in quality too. But if the video is ready to go and then you hardsub, the subs will be in good quality. And it also depends on what type of program you use to hardsub too. Some programs will compress the files as they hardsub, which will of course, make the subs low in quality and you run into the issue you mentioned. This progrm doesn't compress anything, it doesn't decrease the file quality at all, it just simply hardsubs without all of the fuss you experience like Virtual Dub.

Anyway, I uploaded a short clip for you to see how the watermark is and the quality of the subs. You can always change the font and size of the subs. The program will preview it for you to see it right then and there when you change your settings. Yeah, I haven't purchased it, still saving. LOL

  11. Hey guys! This is my favorite video converter at the moment. It converts files without losing the quality or affecting the picture size relatively quickly. So far, I've used this program to convert a HD MKV file to AVI, works wonders! There's no watermark because I'm just converting from one type of file to another.

    Flaws of the free version:

    1. The program can hardsub any type of video as long as there is a .srt, but the free version will have a watermark in the center of the picture, so either 1. You buy the program/subscription or 2. Search online for the keygen. I found one, but I'm just going to buy the program.

    2. The program can also burn DVDs quite fast and high quality too, but again, the free version will leave a watermark.

Please try it. I recommend this program; I really do. I love it.

Play around with it. It's quite advanced.

  12. ^___-" Lol i am good at attracting virus's i remmber at one point I was attracting so much i had to reformat not just reboot but actually reformat LOL like 10 times in a week lmao not cause i was visiting bad sites but experimenting on certain things..and you get virus on bt.avistaz? i've never gotten a virus >.O lol
I know. It's such a shocker huh? I got 2 viruses from visiting the page that had the English .srt for the Chinese movie All About Women 2008, try it.
  13. Man, I got hit twice in a month. I'm just rebooting my computer right now while on my laptop. Seriously, this bugs me.

I got hit with 8 viruses while visiting this one torrent site and then the other day, while visiting bt.avistaz, I got hit again with 2 viruses!!! I thought bt.avistaz was trustworthy but it's their advertisements that contain viruses. I'm so mad. I hate starting all over again.

I tried to get rid of those viruses with AVG and Malwarebites but both programs are completely shut off because these viruses are strong, they shut off all of my antivirus stuff, so I can't get rid of it so next option, reboot.

  14. ^Thanks ja! Um, don't we just use that phone number appearing on the left? Or is there a different number to order/buy them? Okay, so they come in DVD discs right? How long do they take? Sorry for the bunch of questions, just wondering. There's quite a few shows I want to buy.
