Its not painful, its annoying because you are drinking your own blood for the next 4 days... well I did haha and cannot eat what you want for a week, plus its boring... now I'm just resting and hope it all works out :(

I had all 4 of mine removed at the same time. I couldn't eat normal food for almost 4 weeks? I was sick to my stomach the first 2 weeks from dringing my own blood.

Yea its been around 15 hours now since I've had mine removed and its still oozing blood, actually don't feel as bad as last time because I think I'm just taking it easy lol... feel like this time I don't care as much 555+ not look forward to lunch though not sure how much blood will be with my liquid diet :( I hate the third day the most, that's when my breath and mouth just smell and taste like blood!
