I watched a few snipits of the lakorn. mostly saw por chasing after preem at the beach who was trying to escape. lol his acting was just like every other of his lakron. stern, firm and serious. always playing the dark looking p'ek with righteousness. lol ahahahaha. i think they should really create a senior recognition award for senior actors sometimes lol like recognize him for his acting in that character if they like it that much. then still leave the BEST ACTOR category out. lol

2. Appreciation Actor (Senior/Character)

3. BEST ACTOR. lol

I know some other Asian shows have like

"My Favorite Female/Male Character of the year."

And still have the "BEST ACTOR" as its own entity.

I think that if an award wants to respect an actor. like for Por's case, if they want to recognize and respect his acting, they should give an appreciation award to him. lol. then leave out the BEST ACTOR to the most deserving one. lol hahahahaha. but I can understand that in some cases even the judges fail to recognize true talents and acting. lmao. they pity Por so they had to give it to him because there could only be ONE best actor trophy. lol

So it's probably safe to say, most Thai awards are corrupted lol

I think theres a difference between "buzz" and popular. some actors just create buzz. lol but others have sincere and loyal/large fan base, if not more. lol

In short, these corrupt awards never make sense to me. the most undeserving wins, and the most deserving does not. lmao. its hilarious.

I don't like running on the treadmill either. I prefer the elliptical machine. It's less running and all you do is bounce up and down LOL for however long you choose to time yourself. I shed pounds a lot easier that way. It's less tiring too. And when you put music with an earphone, it makes your workout routine a lot easier and more fun! I don't know if I can ever be close to 100. It's scary. I'm 5 feet too, but around 130lbs currently. Not the best, but I'm working down to stay at 105 so I can be summer ready lol because winter is almost over for us now! I like a nice weight and body because you can wear nice clothes. My arms are my biggest problem. They're humongous! Lol

My new year resolution was to lose some weight too. lol. but, been staying at around the same weight since. it's embarrassing. :( I am trying to work out, and cut down on my eating. it's hard to maintain a diet that is nutritious and yummy at the same time. lol

Salad alone doesn't cut it for me. I need protein and rice always LOL

I used to think skinny was pretty..when I got done to 100lbs I could not function. I feel so lethargic and just awful. Anyhow, I think she could use a little meat on her. Yeah, overweight is not fun either but people sometimes has a hard time to balance them out. She looks pretty in green.

You guys were even at 100 lbs at one point? lol Man...I could never reach that. I was always 110-120...now, don't mention it.. lol But I look good now. haha Kids compliment me all the time. lol

it's been my goal since forever to stay at 105 or 110 lbs lol it's important to stay healthy too. at one point, i lost a lot of weight and felt really weak. so, i think 105 is a good number. its a good number to fit in good clothes and cute things. lol
