Running around with my boys lol.. smoothies are good I make my own every day

wow I'm surprised at how many does smoothies, I make green and fruit juices some days as well. Just eat healthy and drink LOTS of water is my suggestion for not getting sick, as for tired, just rest more lol

Am I the only one who doesn't like smoothies? I take vitamin daily though but I'm still energyless. And it doesn't help that I inherited low blood pressure and anemia from my mom.
