I think the panel of judges (don't know how many) determined the winners, and it's supposed to be a reputable and prestigious awards? I think all nominees (unless there were conflicts) should attend to lend supports. It's sad to see so many empty seats at many awards and sometimes only the winners showed up.

Sorry, could not edit my post here. @Paula, I just saw a message at AF. Darvil is aware of the log in problem and is trying to fix it.

@Paula, I don't think you got banned from AF. Since the new layout for the holidays was displayed on December 23rd, I could not log in so I could not post anything, could not pm Darvil, even tried to create a new account but could not; so practically I could not do anything. I have been reading fan fictions at AF for several years now and really missed them.

Hopefully, everything will be back to normal when the holidays were over. If not, I will come back here to ask the admins at spicy to contact Darvil about the log in problem at AF.
