This is so cliche and annoying, but I think I will NEED to lose 15 pounds before I go meet Mark in Thailand! LMFAO!! I can't help the way I look right now! lmaoooo *boo*

But then do not starve yourself though, you still have to eat, dont do like 1 meal a day, it doesnt help you lose weight and it damages your health. When you feel like you want to eat something, just eat half of it or have someone share it with you. YOu can still eat rice/carbs but small portions but do not eat rice/carbs after 5pm. Drink water, stay away from starbucks and sweet stuff

haha thanks girl for the tips! Trying not to eat carbs after 5pm is the hardest thing, but I think I can manage starting at 6pm! Kudos to you for losing 35 pounds! Thats impressive!

It's a long process though, dont expect to see the result right away or after a night lol it isnt going to happen lol. YOu can do it, it's not like because I have gotten the result so I said it, it's because it took me so many years to go on a diet, properly. But this time, I did it, so yeah you can do it as well.
