If you don't mind, how much were you before dropping that 35 lbs? It is going to be a LONG and hard commitment. I think that if I am serious about it, I can achieve it. I lost 10 pounds in a year before, but gained it all back due to poor diet. LMAO! What do you eat on a regular basis to maintain your diet?

145 lbs to 110 lbs. It took a month to lose 5 lbs so yeah, it's a long process . Eat properly, breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you have achieve the weight you want, you can eat rice but for lunch and big NO for dinner. That's it, I guess, do not over-fill your stomach, dont stuff yourself. Stay away from fried food btw, you can have them but with moderate amounts
