Thank you for the quick response . I will try to use my window xp and see if I can download from there.

I record from iptv but only able to download ch3 but not ch7. Can someone help me? I use to be able to record from ch7 and I have window vista. I have bought a wmr recorder last year and it worked fine until recently I wasn't able to record from ch7. If anyone can assist me, that will be great.
