"Love is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides, you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness;it is not excitement;it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. That is just being "in love",which any of us can convince ourselves we are. Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident."

First off, Nope, it's so sad that Ying never understood how much he loved her; they never knew that he was drugged and never meant to hurt her, ever. Second, Ah Mui's death had me in tears, at least Pao fulfilled her wish. I can't believe Lek died like that too, it was very sad on Khun Yai's part to see someone he loves so dearly fall.
Last but not least, the ending was one word, beautiful. I loved how they repeated the "perfect ending" scene; gosh, that was so touching, gorgeously well put, and completely memorable. Even though, there were moments when the lakorn stalled and dragged, but overall, it was very entertaining, GREAT chemistry between the leads, lots of love sweet scenes, this has to be one of the better lakorns so far.

But this lakorn did an out of the blue ending, good people die and bad people living.

It's realistic though, good people do die early and bad people, they live forever torturing others.

Both segments are nice and joyful. Basically everyone coming out talked about the ending of his/her character. The director is pretty hilarious.

A few thoughts on important characters –
-Pae did a good job of bringing out his charm on me. This is the first lakorn I’ve seen him in and when his character first came out, I thought “OMG, he’s sooo not cute! What’s with his hair?!?” Eventually, I came to love him…and love the sly smile that he does. There always seems to be a secret hidden behind his eyes. Of course, the secret is that he had a major love affair with the man of the house’s girl. I was so mad at him when he left Pangram at the train station. That was the most devastating scene for me. She trusted him and he let her down.
-Wow, did Pancake deliver or what in this lakorn? I used to be really anti-Pancake… but after watching this lakorn, she has turned me around 180. I am truly impressed with her. She looked gorgeous…and all of her crying scenes were so believable. I felt everything she meant for me as a viewer to feel.
-Pete started off as a very likable character to me. Even after he turned evil, I never disliked his character. I felt that he was extremely selfish, but that was what his character was meant to be – the most powerful.
A few thoughts on some of the events –
Seriously, why did Khun Lek have to die? He was my favorite out of the family. He was so thoughtful and sweet towards Pangram. He was nice to everyone and quite adorable at times. He did nothing to anyone. He may have caused trouble here and there when he’s out, but nothing harmful that a young man his age wouldn’t do.
Chanon’s chase to kill Pao was so extreme. I couldn’t stand his character. He’s like the annoying, persistent gnat that wouldn’t go away. I would have loved something bad to happen to him, but I guess he can live on forever knowing that he was the one that killed the girl he loves so dearly.
I didn’t think Nop should have died. I wanted him and Khun Ying to eventually get together. Such an honest guy – hated how his faithfulness to the family was wasted and resulted in death.
Overall, I loved the lakorn and will definitely be rewatching it again soon.

Hi Sindy! Your comment was lengthy but I found myself nodding while reading it! I'm glad you added yourself to the numerous people who seemed to have been moved by this drama. It was indeed one super hit lakorn that paved the way for Pae and Pan to work together outside television. Fans are still going crazy cheering for them up to these days.

what a disappointment. Pancake had chemistry with him, but her acting was so dead in here. As for Pae OMG how did he become a pra'ek? He's not good looking, he's not talented, so what got him there? He doesnt even have a script in here, all he does is stand there and look blank. His eyes are so emotionless
the storyline itself was stupid too. Dont understand how they fell in love. And it's especially annoying with the constant replaying of the scene when they were kids
overall, stupid lakorn
