It has been a couple of months that I've been getting offered from Youtube to be their partner and earn money due to many many viewers and been at the top 5 videos view every day and sometimes at weeks and 8th most view all time in Australia.

Okay to be honest I don't want to risk it, I don't like that my channel is so popular amount these these who wants to give offer because I don't want my account to be deleted Than I also get PM from others offering to pay me 10% if I agree to link my videos to their products

I feel very uncomfortable lolz, not that what I'm uploading is illegal but still, it is not completely my content at all, as I didn't create the videos, did not cast the actors in my videos and did not get permission from the people in the videos It's too bad though because I can earn a thousand or so dollars a month I think I know the reason why people dl other people videos and upload onto their account now (which still happens I know some account is dling my vdos a channel even copy the way I put my description )

Anyways what ya think? haha I'm very scared for my channel at the moment because it is in so much light

if you have it from youtube's staff, why not? i mean it's not risky for you and don't worry, if they want to be your partner, they don't want to delete your channel, they need you. anyways, i think it's good, you make a very good job and it's normal to be award for your hardwork.

Well, if it wasn't for this I would of sign up:

You should own all rights to the video!

* What does this mean?

+ Any music...
+ Any movie or TV visuals...

+ ...unless you created the contents of the entire video or have permission of the person who created or produced it.
* Also:
o Make sure you get permission from people who are featured in your video
o And don't include "bad stuff" that is prohibited in our Community Guidelines

We are not joking -- these rules are really important.
If you don't respect these rules, your video will be deleted from the site. No exceptions.

It's NOT OK to use someone else's material even if you...

* edit together or "mash-up" other works.
* alter it by 10%, 20%, 30%, etc.
* only use 30 seconds of a song or video clip.
* found it on the internet.
* nobody sent you a copyright notice.
* paid for it.
* give proper attribution (credits).
* are only singing the words of a favorite copyrighted song.

This is copyright infringement and your video will be deleted!

How your video can make money
When you enable your video for revenue sharing

* YouTube will display ads with your video. (not as if some of my videos already have ads )
* You will earn a share of the revenue that is generated from ad impressions occurring when these videos are viewed.
* For more details on revenue sharing, please review the Agreement at the end of this tutorial.

How to monetize your video

* After reviewing the Agreement you will be asked for some information about your video.
* Any information you can provide about the source of the music or visual images used in your video -- and whether they have been included in your video with the permission of the source or person appearing in your video -- will help the process move faster.
* DO NOT submit any TV shows, music videos, music concerts, or commercials without the express permission of the producer, unless they consist entirely of content you created yourself.
* Only eligible videos in your account may be invited for revenue sharing.

Well I don't think Thai lakorns are serious to get legal actions LOL not like we're uploading American movies or anything, unless they start taking it serious we wouldn't have websites to stream lakorns and websites selling Thai lakorns that is copies lolz.

actually sunny they can take legal actions.. just like how ch 7 is taking legal actions with iptv due to copy righted materials.. you're ok right now with them cus you aren't making profits out of the lakorns that you post on youtube..

Actually this is not bad.

You can actually make really big money on this. But before you join partnership with youtube you have to get permission from Ch7, Ch3. You have to show proof they give you permission. You get money for every click people watch your video, you can also make money through adsense that youtube will provide for you. YOu MAKE BIG.

The owner can can flag your video and they make money out of it. If you upload their videos and your videos have a lot of viewers, they make money out of you!!! They wait till you have soooo many viewers to flag you. WOW WE'RE TALKING ABOUT HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY. O:

lol Shamp you seem really excited haha Yes I know I can make money out if it but what if I send Ch3 and Ch7 a letter asking for permission and they don't allow me and they take legal actions against me after finding out what I was doing and even thinking of making money out of it.

I don't think I wanna risk my 8000 videos lol. I got offers from not only Youtube but some other companies too which personally msg me asking me to do nothing but just put their web link in my video description and every click they get they will give me money. Like how many times are my viwers going to click on a link in my video descriptions? lol I even got an invite to go on a talk show and talk about my videos that I upload and why it is popular LOL, I know it is a genuine show because Communitychannel went on it once.

of course they make money too, no way they will give for free, they only offer me 10% of the overall income still it's risky, now if the channel only contents my MVs I would give it a try at least that's not much loose its made by me but I just don't have permission from the actors and the songs I put up
