There's so much evidence against him, I dont get why his lawyer insist that he'd plead not guilty

you gotta at least try, even those who are obviously guilty enter the non guilty plea

wow so many evidence, but eh they can't really reveal some of the specific stuffs? ummm I guess murder will never plea guilty. Oh man I want to know how he killed her. lol Gruesome. Wait they shouldn't be telling how he killed her. lol That's like giving people strategy how to murder people.

This is sad. I hope they find justice for her.

Did you read? there was even blood splatter on the box of wipes. Apparently there was blood substance on the walls too. He was scrubbing the floors also, in front of the police :rolleyes:

this is a hate crime case, and if it was the other way around, the asian would be plead absolute guilty already. but darn the loser's lawyer. trying to convince not guilty when the dead is DEAD!

This is just so horrible.. I saw this on TV and I thought how awful the parents must feel. You raise your kid and do your best to give her the best opportunities. She wasn't sick. She wasn't in a hospital. It was not a car accident... Just someone who hated her... And that's it: her life zziiip!!! How horrible can life get??
