I know Son's character was a good person, he was young, successful and had many choices, he can choose younger women who was the same level as him but he choose to marry and love Aom, who is a widow with kids and have been married twice as well, I think love grew because he looked after her and he was jealous too when Captain turn up trying to get Aom back and he protected her and Aom.. she too kind of turn to him for protection, I think she didn't have love for him at first but a feeling of trust and protection that she can feel from him. Like how it was narrated at the end, even though their age was a difference but they click and felt like they've known each other since their last life. I truly believe though that Aom had two soul-mates in here, Kong and Son. Aom did love Kong a lot and I think she loved him the most, he was warm, someone much older, provide her protection, love, probably a kind of feeling that she never had before which is something similar to what a father can give lol since she serve in the palace she she was young so she never got a chance to felt the love and warmth from her dad, Kong was someone I think she most respected. Captain was like young love with freedom and living day to day as housewife... with Kong she was also a mother, 100 times happiness than just a normal housewife.

I kind of watched the ending fast, did Aom born Son any kids? lol as weird as that sound

True, did felt very sorry for him, I think if only the family didn't get their ears played with by other people like Pang and Fang, Ville pair might of had a good enough ending, we all know the father though wanted Aom badly not good in any way. I too thought Kik might marry with Kong but we can tell she still have a bitter feeling inside from the past and Kong probably have moved on from Kik. On his funeral though when Kik turn up, I kind of think she was feeling sorry for Aom for marrying him and loosing him, kind of saving herself from sorrow as well because if Kik married Kong, she would have to be in Aom's shoes at that moment lol if you know what I mean. Wasn't very happy with the ending though, they just made Kik died and we didn't see the last of her lol.

Yep each of Aom's marriage wasn't messing around, sometimes you cannot avoid those situations.

I don't think she could bear Son any kids because she was probably in her mid to late 30s when she married him. Plus, I think the idea was that she and Son bring up her third child with Kong as their own, whilst Vill and her brother live with their grandmother in Bangkok. The brother had to live in Bangkok because he would inherit the house and everything that belonged to Kong.

P'Kik was the sister that Aom never had, whilst like you said Kong acted as husband, father figure and friend to Aom, especially in her time of need. Captain was more like young love, because they'd always gotten along, especially in their childhood when Kik used to bring Aom to her house. I think the families probably expected that Captain would marry Aom and was relieved when he did. Too bad he was sterile and couldn't have any kids. If Aom and him had kids, I don't think that would've stopped him fron going to see Pang though. It was all Puri's fault and he paid for it with his life.

Pang's death was predictable but she did do all those evil things. She even thought about sleeping with Son whilst she was eating breakfast! That part was REALLY funny.

The ending wasn't satisfactory because you never knew what happened to Fang and her mother, after Fang's husband died. You don't ever see them after the funeral.

A lot was missing, people just started going missing

Kik was a good sister, although she did love Captain and sided with Captain when Aom wanted to give him, but I think she was more wanting to protect her family reputation and all the stuff they've saved from grandparents, Pang totally burned their wealth (not literally as in she totally took everything from them) but even though she took a lot from them, the family still had enough to feed them for their life as long as they do work as well but they will never drop to being poor.

Kong gave Aom all his inheritance which was the right thing, not as if Aom is a type of person who will spend it all anyways he know Aom deserves every penny and the mother loves Aom and adored Aom even before Kong's wife died

Oh I see, at least Aom and Son had a chain of love and not just the two of them... the baby was still young so she shouldn't have a problem growing up with Son as step-dad lol they will have more bonds since he was the one who did her birth right? and raised her since a baby

Everyone kind of got their deserved ending, I mean Kik was lucky she died peacefully in her sleep, that must mean she had enough goods to pass away like that. The ones who had a horrible death had much karma, even Kong's first wife, she had very heavy karma, sad she died with the baby

I felt really sorry for Kong's first wife. She could've been saved but I think the mother-in-law didn't want to use the Western doctor or something. I think they were more comfortable with the traditional ways. I also thought the guy who was shot by his dad was also tragic. He was a good boy but his parents didn't understand his love with Vill. I think he was seduced by Pang, because Pang told him that if she talked to his dad, the dad would delay the wedding. Then she pulled her moves on him!

As for people missing, you never knew what happened to Fresh after Puri died, or R Anattapol (I just assumed that he was jailed because he killed Puri). I guess the story was really focussed on Aom and her life.

I'm sure Aom would have told the youngest daughter who her biological father was, but that she should also appreciate Son because he helped her since birth. Plus, she's the reason why he had to visit Aom all the time. HEHE.

I don't think it had anything to do with which doctor, it was said the baby was too big and the baby didn't turn, back than without operation I guess if the baby doesn't turn and is too big... well I dunno how they do it but I dunno how they can get the baby out? fresh cuts? sounds scary! Yea the wife wanted the German doctor but the mother was against it because she was a little cultural, she even said Kong's wife is really naughty, never really listen to anyone and that she adores how Aom was so Thai headed and easy to teach and respects people etc but when Kong wanted to marry Aom she protested at first because Aom was not innocent LOL not like Kong was either.

The shooting was accidental though, the son kind of pushed the dad's buttons, encouraged to the point of daring the dad to shoot at him... after that the dad went nuts and tries to kill Pang, after thinking she was dead, he too realizes and shot himself.

I'm sure Aom would have Kong's pic for her daughter to see and tell her daughter of Kong because Kong is her real dad and there is nothing to hide, Aom is proud to be Kong's wife and she regrets nothing and I'm sure Son is understanding and will probably tell the daughter to love Kong too lol. In the end, her ashes was divided, to be with Kong in BKK and to be with Son in Chiang Mai lol.

I thought the splitting of the ashes was a bit weird, but understandable. She got to be with both husbands whom she loved and they loved her back.

I thought it was so lovely of her to wish that because she must of loved both husbands so much and equally.
