Thailand!!! Oh my I don't know what its coming to either. I really hope that they will sort things out. I hope Thailand does not turn into a vacation spot only for the wealthy because they would suck a lot. They should thank all tourists that come into their country.

*clps* That is just show how badly they wanted to get rid of him, so they'll find anything and everything they can get their hands on to faults him with. That is just so sad that all these powerful peoples just wanted to see whos better than whos... but forgot about the little and poor peoples in between. Thailand is in turmoil because stupid power hungers peoples.

LOL, and this is just plain stupid if they do back tax just so they can run his son and daughter out as they did with him. They just stoop lower and lower. *clps*

I am not a Thaksin fan!

Some of these charges may seem stupid or uncalled for, but it is different in other places. You will be surprise if you follow some of the charges/verdict over in China, Korea, Europe, etc. But in Southeast Asia, disrespecting or using offensive remarks to His Majesty is very serious, especially if your (or former) government officials. Keeping in mind that you have to take oath of office as well.

I just can't stand Thaksin...glad he fled...don't want to discuss about him anymore...enough said...

I think it is a good idea to do back-tax because in US there are laws that allow back-tax as well. This should teach businesses not to cheat while operating their businesses...Don't be ENRON! haha

If reporting everything on financial statments...don't be afraid...honesty is to success
