Yes I read this morning its quite sad actually everyone was just celebrating I mean they lived to 2009 but only a few minutes of it. Its silly too because its a hi-class pub yet they only have one Exit which is the main entrance, the pub can hold up to 1000 people you would of thought they'll have at least 3 exits for that, only the staffs knows the back exit, the no emergency lights to help people too they were all in the dark with smoke and fire trying to find their way out :lol:

Only 4 exits is still pretty bad for a club that fits more than 100 people. I feel bad for all those ppo, I hope their families will find peace and comfort in the new year.

Ok for Thailand they only force people in and out of only one door because if there are too many exits and entrance door people can easily go in and sneak out without paying etc they may have a back exit but it is only known by staff or only staff can get in and out... also they do not care if there are too many inside under age or what as long as they can get the money lol... this is TRUE on most cases don't attack me just because I say so and NO i'm not insulting or being rude and NO i don't live in Thailand 24/7 but I do KNOW jope.

yeah when situations like this happen the management should have alerted people of the other exits. If they had known there wouldnt have been so many deaths. Even the clubs here people are only allowed through one entrance, but when things like this happen, usually all available exists are used.

omg didn't thiink this was that bad of a disaster until I saw some news on it yesterday and today on siamdara, it is rumored that Chakrit is one of the dead and that Osa Wang, Peter's gf is also dead!!! Wow, I really haven't clicked on the link yet, don't want to read these kind of disasters!! My condolences to everyone that didn't survive and to their families, how tragic!!!

I just went on it, didn't really click on it yet, but it had his face and a little paragraph on the rumor. It's very sad to think that he is gone, if it is a true rumor!!!
