but if i use Firefox..everything's fine...

so why..not sure what's the cause?

I have home vista too and use netscape but the banner is actually like the bottom pic you posted but the banner seems smaller on my page. Actually just check and yes on IE it shows up like yours did as well.

its the forum skin i think it doesn't adjust itself probably for the banner lol we must fix it our self but i dunno how

Mine is exactly like that at my home computer when I use IE. But it's cool on the one at work cuz we're still using the old IE browser.

i have the same problem, has to use the "delete cookies". i'm unable to use ie, firefox is faster and i'm a firefox addict.
