who seen it ? i saw lots of good review on it . plan on seeing it soon , i like the actress Keira Knightley . she have a pretty face but to bad she soo skinny other than dat she a good actress. i seen most of her movies since the Pirate of Caribbean .

Keira Knightley verison of "Pride and Prejudice" was the best , i love the scene where they first meet . he give her a double look and she got that "what" face . what a romantic movie . Keira is such a good actress , and so young , she like 21 or 22 now .

yeah I've seen two version, the older version before Keira's version. lol hahaha the movie was hilarious..their expression was just priceless and soooo classic. The way they talk just drawn you in. lol The dance was good. I would love to learn how to dance like that. lol I like classical stuff. lol

lol I saw the movie from my friend. She loves the movie. She think Mr. Darcy is soo handsome and hot. At first I thought he looked scary but I think I got use to him.

the old version they make Liz old , i wonder if it right since i never read the novel ? in the movie Liz said she was 23 and the 3th child ? But i know in the movie it move 1 or 2 years forward. Keira was so beautiful and her Mr. Darcy was almost childlike with his puppy sad face.

I thought Liz was 21, no? I caught a little of the book when my sister was reading for her literature class. I forgot so don't quote me on that. lol

But yeah the older version, Liz was too old. That's why I like Keira as Liz. Liz was supposed to look like her in my imagination anyway.

Then I also saw the movie of Austen's life. That was a sad movie...how at the end she just lived by herself. Cuz the guy was a wuss.

not sure , but in the movie she said " im 23 " when that old lady ask her age and then the old lady snorted cuz during that time at that age is consider old maid or something . Yes , that movie Jane Austen's life was a bit sad. What a pity , he does look like a wuss too so yeah but in real life Jane Austen was never married either and she die in her early 30's. I kind of assume the movie will be a sad one and it were. With all these talk about "Pride and Prejudice" i feel like re watching it again , perhaps i should stop by the library and check out the book though im not into reading anything w/o picture, I probable fall a sleep too since it those literature novel with words i don't quite understand !

I actually think the book is intelligent. I love the way they converse. I should finish reading it. I want to collect all her book actually.

Jane and her so call lover were going to eloped but at the end the dude ditch her. I think he ditch her. And I think at the end he came back for her? But she didn't want him. So she continued to write and become Jane Austen. Well he was a wuss cuz back then everything is status and money! I didn't really pay attention to the movie because I knew it's not a happy ending.

..old old novel that literature class have student to read is hard ..so if it wasn't for school i wouldn't read it . English was my worst subject -- only one literature novel , did I actually went to check it out at the library "Jane Jeyra " only because i heard Willy&Joy's lakorn was base from that book ! Boy, did i struggle to read it ! I was lost half of the time but i manage to finish it within 2 month perhaps . In the book , the main guy is suppose to be 20 years older than Jane ! Lucky that wasn't the case in the lakorn and in the book the main guy's hand was cripple and he went blind ! Only after he marry Jane and then she had a son a couple years later , is when one of his eye can see again but only one !

English books is boring to me. We have to read books for IB English class. I nearly failed that class during Junior year. The teacher just grade so freaken hard, you have to say every word right or one point off. But Jane Austen is another different level of literature. Her books are classic to me though I haven't really read much. But I have high expectation from her. When I started reading Pride and Prejudice, it was quite addictive. I don't think her books is hard to understand. Cuz there is no need to analyze all the things, just read it as a regular books. lol

yeah , my grade in English class was poor . I never seen to understand half of what i was reading in the class , luckily there study guide and outline or I'll be lost like most of Shakesphere's works. My weakest point is not being able to grasp what i read and have short memory of the boring material , lord ..i suck in English. That remind me , of that one literature book " The great expectation " ..what was that all about
