After actress Choi Jin Shil's death, her family and her ex-husband are now fighting for Choi jin Shil's property and parental right.

When Choi and her ex-husband divorced, he gave up his custody right of the children. So she removed the children's name and everything from his family and put it under her family. They had agreed on this in the past because he said he wouldn't be able to raise the kids.

Basically, I think he just want her property. He doesn't care about the children. He said he only doing this so that in the future his children will get the money. But shoot, he was an abusive husband, I think if I remember correctly.
