This is sad to hear, right here in Indianapolis that there was a bank robbery!!! The robber shot a teller who was impregnant with twins and the consequence was death for the 5 month old fetuses. Sad part about this is that they still are looking for the bank robbers, and if they are caught, they will not be prosecuted for murder of the fetus *lol!* Stupid Indiana law requires the fetus to be 7 months in order to add to the felony charges, which is very sad to hear!! I feel soo sorry for the parents and their family, knowing your baby is dead and the murderer won't be charged either *rll*

by 5 months the baby has fingers, a face..and it's heart is beating!

omg the world is so unfair, I mean a baby is already forming by the times of 8 weeks! so 5 months they are half way human already, curse the robbery!!

*hihe* that is bang out. like sunny said the babies where growing at 8 weeks. i thought the laws in england where stupid but this is horrible!!!

this is sad, i feel sorry for the family. they lost two lives of their love one that did not get to see this world yet. the robber should be charge. So unfair.

What a stupid law 7 months counts but not 5 months my god what's the difference, if she having twins she probably was pretty big by then and the bank robber gotta know she's a pregger. Man that sad!!!! Now i just heard on the news that a mom got convicted of manslaughter for leaving her 11 month old daughter with a toddler brother in the bathtub alone while she shops on the internet for shoes her little daughter drown and died but since she's got bipolar she got like alittle over 100 days in county jail and 10 years probation, i don't understand if you got supposively mental problems why would you have kids when you can't control yourself without taking pills :D
