less likely, cause even though Ah-Too said there are no pranangs as of yet, he didnt mention anything about pra'ek selection, just na'ek. It's like they're already done selecting thier pra'ek, but only na'ek is still undecided. If it was up to him, Oil as pra'ek again *duh*
