I feel bad for all these women , i know they were stupid in the first place to let him do this , i hope they could go on with their life after this situation.I don't think i would dislike them cuz they r only human , i see them as an entertainer not someone i am close with so whatever they do to their life is private. Okay, so Gillian came out yesterday and apologized. She also called herself innocent and naive when she took the pictures. After that, around a hundred more photos are leaked. One more person has been arrested, and the photos are all plastered on the gossip magazines and newspapers.

These photos are getting forwarded not only via the internet, but also by cellphones. Eeks!

Edison Saga Finally Over?

Some thoughts to ponder...

Kira, the man or men responsible for leaking the photos, has remained silent for the past couple of days. His inactivity and the fact that Gillian was smiling at her press conference has led people to believe EEG, Gillian’s record company, paid him (Kira) off.

All of what has happened has fostered a few conspiracy theories on a said rumour. Some of which are posted under the cut.

Fun fact:
In Gillian’s speech she said she was naive. On her nightstand is a bottle of KY Jelly.

Jackie Chan’s involvement
The pictures that were released were stills taken from video. These were used as bargaining chips for a pay off. The rumor is in the video Edison asks Gillian who’s better in bed. Him, Jackie Chan or Albert, the owner of EEG. Not to tarnish the reputation of one of the most internationally known actors in Hong Kong with the Olympics looming, they decide to pay Kira off.

HK$10 million payout
More than one person was releasing the photos. They were paid 10 million HKD or 1.3 million USD to stop releasing.

Gillian Chung’s public appearance was used to lure Kira out of hiding which it never did.

You know with things like this, I think Edison is not totally to blame. I mean did he film and take the pictures without the girls knowledge? If so then yeah that's sick but if not then those girls are very much to blame themselves. They think with their arousal. Think of only that moment. Lust Sex and Passion is a dangerous feeling especially when it's during drug using. I've seen my share of it during early year of college, at dorms, frat parties, and raves.

As for pornos and graphic pictures being in laptop, well it is his private laptop. I mean I see these type of pictures even in companies laptops. My friend and his tech group had to report all porns and porno pictures to the department and those guys got fired.

I always say if you dare to do stuff like that then just be prepare to take the consequences. Never think that you can keep something private or a secret for ever.

Edison's fault comes in at negligence and flying out of Hong Kong when the water began boiling. Of course, the women and Edison agreed to film so why not face the consequences together? Well, Edison's coming back to Hong Kong in the next few days, so yeah. I guess he's gonna give his side of the story to save what's left of his reputation and career. The apology that Gillian gave had some positive responses, so I suppose he's gonna follow after her.
