This is a real classic --- meaning that you MUST have the patience to watch it slowly!
I think Thadming has it uploaded fully in youtube under "Se-Ra-Da-Rul".

Saradaral is a kind of flower out in the wilderness. No idea what is its name in English.
The song is nice, and so is the scenery of the minority area --- especially the redwood forest.

Looks like the struggle of the KUA is still relevant today in places like Burma, where the minorities
like Karen , Shan etc are still fighting for their rights.
