oh they'll lesson it somehow, that always happens, it happened in Captain's case too, it ends up being parole not jail time

Well, he's got to serve something for what he has done, big lesson to learn and overcome.

Does he deserve a jail sentence? yes...even though he didnt intentionally kill, it's still manslaughter. But there's so many other celebs that in fact were intoxicated, more at fault than Num, killed someone, and still got away with only a fine. So if they give Num a jail sentence, kinda unfair on his part, cause others got away with it.

Unfair true, but they're gonna have to set the law straight with someone, hate it to be Num but you are right with the manslaughter thing, but has anyone heard if the family's victim sued or were they good with the negotiations??

well I'm sure Num paid off the family. No matter how kind of a person are you, there's no way you'd be nice to the person who killed ur significant other. But money talks. Plus Num has shown he's sincerely apolgetic for his actions *Y* so the family seems in good terms with him.

I think the family caome in good terms with him also, so it's not that bad. I think a year and six mos is pretty long, so hopefully they'll lesson it to maybe 3-6 mos instead or something.

over here, regardless of the reason, you'd still get more than a couple of years.

I agree with you guys.
What he done, he have to do what is right.
But when it comes about the other celebrities who got away and him having to take it.
It's totally unfair
So to make it fair, they need to make a law.
Of having those celebrites go to prison for it.
Or either then that they just let him get way with it.
