ข่าว บันเทิง ซุบซิบดารา รายงาน ศาลแขวงสั่งจำคุก ดารา นักแสดง กัปตัน ภูธเนศ 3 เดือน ปรับ 6 พันบาท ข้อหาเมาแล้วขับ แต่ ดารา นักแสดง กัปตัน ยอมรับสารภาพ ศาลปรานีลดโทษ คงเหลือจำคุก 2 เดือน ปรับ 4 พัน ให้รอลงอาญาไว้ 2 ปี

ศาลแขวงพระนครเหนือ อ่านคำพิพากษา ในคดีที่พนักงานอัยการสำนัก
านอัยการพิเศษฝ่ายคดี ศาลแขวง 2 ได้เป็นโจทก์ยื่นฟ้องนายภูธ
นศ หรือ กัปตัน หงษ์มานพ อายุ 31 ปีพระเอกละครชื่อดังเรื่อง "บ้านนี้มีรัก" ทางโมเดิร์นไนน์ ทีวี จำเลยฐานกระทำผิด พ.ร.บ.ขนส่งทางบก พ.ศ.2522 โดยขับรถยนต์ในขณะเมาสุรา ตามฟ้องระบุว่า เมื่อวันที่ 25 ต.ค.50 จำเลยได้ขับรถยนต์ทะเบียน สน14 กรุงเทพมหานคร ไปตามถนนพระราม 9 แขวงบางกะปิ เขตห้วยขวาง กทม. ขณะมึนเมาสุรา

ระหว่างนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรว
สน.มักกะสัน ได้ตั้งด่านตรวจวัด แอลกอฮอล์อยู่จึงเรียกให้หย
ดรถ เพื่อทดสอบโดยให้จำเลยเป่าเ
รื่องวัดปริมาณ แอลกอฮอล์พบว่า จำเลยมีค่า แอลกอฮอล์ในร่างกายสูง 106 มิลลิกรัมเปอร์เซ็นต์ ซึ่งเกินกว่า 50 มิลลิกรัมเปอร์เซ็นต์ตามที่
ฎหมายกำหนดไว้ กระทำผิดข้อหาเมาสุราในขณะข
บรถยนต์ เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจึงนำตัวส่
พนักงานสอบสวน สน.มักกะสัน พร้อมแจ้งข้อหาดำเนินคดี

ทั้งนี้ ศาลได้อธิบายคำฟ้องและสอบคำ
ห้การ ปรากฎว่าจำเลยให้การรับสารภ
พ ศาลได้พิเคราะห์แล้วเห็นว่า จำเลยกระทำผิดตามฟ้องจริง พิพากษาจำคุก 3 เดือน ปรับ 6,000 บาท ลดโทษให้ 1 ใน 3 คงเหลือจำคุกจำเลยไว้ 2 เดือน ปรับ 4,000 บาท แต่โทษจำคุกให้รอลงอาญาไว้ร
ยะเวลา 2 ปี

ศาลได้อ่านอธิบายคำฟ้องและส
บคำให้การ ซึ่งพระเอกหนุ่มแถลงให้การร
บสารภาพ เห็นว่า จำเลยกระทำผิดตามฟ้องจริง พิพากษาจำคุก 3 เดือน ปรับ 6,000 บาท ลดโทษให้ 1 ใน 3 คงจำคุกจำเลยไว้ 2 เดือน ปรับ 4,000 บาท โทษจำคุกให้รอลงอาญาไว้มีกำ
นด 2 ปี

i think they said he's getting 2 months in jail and 4000 baht for damages for drinking and driving. this happened in october and the judge finally got to sentence it today or something

oh that sure makes a lot of sense doesnt it? *hehe* he drinks and drive he gets jail time, Num takes away a life but he comes out scotch free. Not that I'm wishing ill on Num, but at least have some justice. Here in Canada, or America, you could be sober, but if you kill someone, it's still reckless driving, it's still manslaughter. In Num's case, it wasnt somethnig on the road he was avoiding, but he was actually driving while half asleep, if that's not reckless I dont know what is *hehe*

I'm mad at Captain for drinking then driving. That is a bad decision all right. I hope he never does that again.

nino was caught drinking and driving too.. he didn't go to jail but instead got fine and community service.. talk about fair..

at da end of da article it say he's waiting for sentencing and it'll take 2 yrs? i don't get ittttttttt god damn i'm just worried dat his lakorn is gon get postponed :angry:

hmm.. i dont think he did time.. cus i remember he went to court twice.. and in the end they lower it to community service and fines.. it was a large fine too.. but i could be wrong..
