It fell really hard here in american, but bounced right back up this morning really fast.

yeah right now its slowly going back up but if you are going to buy stocks you should wait a couple of days for when the stock goes back up again....

Yes very true. it affected my sister's stock. she lost 3000 something
close to 4000 in just one day. ouch!

Actually, if your going to buy stocks you want to buy it when the stock prices are low, so you can gain profits, however if you going to sell it, then you want to wait until it goes up. Furthermore, it is the risk that investors would have to take to wait until the stocks goes up. Meanwhile, you may lost the opportunity costs while it is nothing do anything or loss all the money (risk).

If you guys think that investing in stocks is risky, wait until you do currency trading! I do not wish on anyone to held a position on doing currency trading. Every seconds you either gain or loss money. However, if you gain you do make lots of money. There was a man you went from nothing to a billionaire.

One of my profs is an ex-FX trader...I think you can only do it if you're ADD. She can't sit still for two seconds! And it blows my mind that there are trillions of dollars turned over in the market everyday.

looks like i came late...economy now is really good and i really hope it stays good all the way...my husband's bonus depended alot on economy and market and if he gets more,i can shop more:P
