This guy is on crack or something! People are so strange these days.

Now, I feel so safe going to school and I wonder what run to parents mind when they sent their kids off to school everyday. I guess school shooting is going to be a custom in U.S and that's pretty sad. Better plan and communications might have save some lives at the VT.

I wonder what other people will think of Asian people after that massacre?

School and other facilities havent been safe for quite a while and this is just another cruel reminder of what the world of violence has come to. To be honest, i was for one surprised that the gunman was Asian but i realized Asians are human beings as well and we all rationalize like/unlike others. Odd enough, I'm pretty conscious about how people see asians now when i went back to campus this afternoon.

Anyhow, my condolescences to the families and friends. My heart is breaking for them and the world is definitely behind them in this.

Each year is getting worse and worse on school shootings!! I think it's time for them to start putting metal detectors everywhere. There's just no safe place anymore!! Right now I just look at it as "if it's time to go, then it's time to go" You never know what's going to happen in the next day or hour cause life is unpredictable. My condolescences to the families and hope they get thru these tough and difficult times. *^lol*

the more I read and dig into more articles I'm deeply depress, its like as I read, it takes me to the event and I can picture are horribly tragic it was.

there's been so many school shootings in the past year or so...it just feels so close to home and is nerve-racking...even though i don't know any of the victims, you can't help but feel terrible for them and their families...:(

So, he killed a total of 33 people including himself. It turns out he was a student there as well, he is a 23 yr old, Korean born male, his family came to the states in 1992, his family resides in Centreville VA. It seems that he was taking depression medication and really troubled, tere were signs of this disturbance, the more they investigate the more they are finding clues to his actions. Apparently, he was sent to the schools counseling ervice prior to the shooting, he wrote a story in his creative writing class that was very disturbing so his professor sent him to see the school's counseling service on campus.

We'll never understand why and how he was feeling to subdue to this type of action, he was definitely crying out for help due to his actions up to the killings, it's just sad that no one saw it and was not able to help. I 'm wondering if his parents knew he was so deeply disturbed, I mean he was taking depression medication. I feel horrible for the kids that lost their lives, I can't even begin to imagine how their parents are feeling. *bellow*

this is soo sadd !! arghh why does he have to go around shooting peoplee!?
