Coyotes' last dance

AYUYTTHAYA: -- Ayutthaya authorities and the provincial culture office have eliminated "coyote dancers" from commercial promotions and events.

Provincial culture office chief Niphon Thoopboocha said the agreement was vital to the tourism industry. The province is home to many historic sites and World Heritage locations. Business owners and event organisers had cooperated, he said.

Girls dancing in provocative outfits had become widespread in Ayutthaya. The office took action after several complaints, especially over dancing at marketplaces.

The Culture Ministry's Cultural Watchdog Centre director Ladda Tangsupachai said it had registered 1,341 young dancers. Most had obtained work.

Coyote dancing all but evaporated on holy days and at temples after a campaign late last year.

Buri Ram, Loei, Phetchaburi, Ubon Ratchathani, Kamphaeng Phet, Chiang Rai, Trat, Lamphun, Chon Buri and Uttaradit are now coyote dance-free.

hmmm I dont know. I think they should start with the prostitution problem first. Clean out the nightclubs that promote it. Clean out the safe houses

 well they have to understand, the rich can afford a lifestyle much better than what is offered in Thailand? So there are better options than Thailand. If they think that way, soon thier tourists annual income will decrease

*rxl* Hey, it should be as long as you visited their country. Right? If the poor are poor then they wouldn't be able to afford a 1000 dollar flight tickets flying to Thailand. lol

If I am visiting Thailand, I don't think I will be sleeping in that expensive hotel.lol Yeah, talking about cheap, that's me. *rll* I just need money to go over there shopping and going to the beach. *rll* Especially beautiful island. *rxl* I'll save the money.

mmm but yeah, wealthy people are able to afford anything. But middle class like us can do too but I think I'll chose to not afford expensive hotel. *rxl* And I can just go eat papaya at Aum's restaraunt. *rll*

*rll* well 1000 dollars is a cheap vacation. Even the poor go on vacation, 1000 dollars is nothing if you only got to pay a bit more for food and accomodation. I'm not hi-so, but I only want the best. I go to florida every year, and I have to stay at the best, cause it just is more easier lol. I tried going to moderate hotels, and the service is different, it's not as accomodating.

*rll* I mean the ticket is at 1000 dollar not including all the money you're taking with you. *rxl*

Dang, what you're doing in Florida? *rll* Yes I'm curious. *rxl*

I visit California sometimes. lol But I have cousins and brother over there. So no need to cost anything. *rll*

But if I am going to Japan, over there is hella expensive. *hihe* I'm sure I can find a middle class service. *rll*

I just consider myself as middle class. *rxl*

I go to Disney *rll* and I like the beaches there *rll* My tickets there depend on booking, it usually cost me 300-900 dolllars, so it's not different than going to Thailand. I thnk I'm use to convenience. I went vacationing in Vancouver, booked a cheap room, 100 a night, since you know I wont be there until later on in the night just to sleep, we got in, looked at the room, and almost was in tears, so we went back down and asked if we can book out *rxl* we didnt tell them the real reason why, we just found services their hotel didnt offer as excuse, so they gladly refunded our deposit *rll*

Even the poor can live luxury if they visit Thailand, you can get a decent room for 75 dollars a night. Although I've heard you can get cheaper, I dont know how the sanition or safety is lol

*rxl* *rxl* That is funny. Found in tears. *hihe*

mmm I think my family just have too many cousins. If I visit Minnesota, I have cousins over there. I can go shopping at Mall America. We have some people we know in Michigan. lOL We can also just go to Illinois and come back home. No need to book anything, just drive.

I want to go to Florida but it won't be anytime soon.

uh, I want to go to Thailand. *rll* I need to work and save money. *rll*

*rll* Natty is going to Fiji? Where is that? Sounds like Japan.lol Is it not? *rxl*

Well, last time we were checking out on some of the hotels in Thailand. lol Looks nice. The 5 stars hotel doesn't look as nice as the 4 and 3 but I don't know how the service and environment would be compare to a 5 stars hotel.

urgggh it was bad Shampoo, the hotel we booked. We were skeptical since we walked in and saw the reception. The hallways reeked, and the room, omg it smelled old, the elevator made noises. The towels were stained. So we decided if we have to sleep there for the night, we'll sleep in the car instead. It was that bad lol. It was late, but we manage to find a room at the Hilton, gosh the Hilton was not much more expensive, but it's like a castle compared to the other place *rll*
