she said she think she'll have to move on and the only way she could move on was to talk about it. Why can't she talk about it if she feel it's a weight on her shoulder?

Actually the best way to get over something is actually talking about it. I gave this advice to a friend just a week ago when one of her relatives passed away. I told her to cry it out and just talk about it if she needs to. Cause when you hide it all inside its' just waiting to boil over and burst any moment, and that's when a person cracks
