Got to agree people in Thailand are too busy working unless they have maids/house keeper to cook for them and yea maids/house keeper need kitchen to cook, people that live in Apartments or Condo in Thailand I think they mostly buy their food, its cheaper and easier, all my working relatives in Thailand mostly buy their food from the market because its less hassle, makes life easy, just traveling back and forth to and from work takes 30% of their available time of their active day LOL so why waste it to make food, you can get nice, lovely food anywhere for cheap its just everywhere!

even if you buy ur food, a nice kitchen is essential in a nice home or condo. it's almost the first feature people look at when they enter a place. if you enter a million dollar home, or even a nice condo, the kitchen will always be nice. and think about it, people who live in condos in general dont eat at home nways

when people think of upgrading their home, the number one choice is the kitchen. when i was looking for my condo, once entering the unit the kitchen was the most important feature. do I cook? hell no! I eat out ALL the time. i dont even know how to fry eggs properly. i can do it, but taste like crap.

Thai people might think different and don't think so that a kitchen is an essential or first thing impression lolz

first impression or not, if people had a choice they woudnt want a kitchen like that, regardless of whether or not they cook or dont cook.

now tell me why this place has a nice kitchen

Noon's condos dont even hold a candle to it.

A kitchen may not be essential in Thailand, but you get what you pay for. if you buy a place you want it all to look nice.

you get what you pay for, and this is what you get for 2.87 million baht, which converts to around 60- 70 k american depending on the the american dollar. if it had a nicer kitchen, better amenities it would be around the 20million baht mark.

my point being, it's not that these people dont eat in, it's more like this is what you can get for 3 million baht ;) i mean look at the building itself, does it look like a 5star condo? it has like 5 floors and only 27 units.

See the links Mai provided are nice condos, very nice. Bangs for your bucks! Noon's condo is so modern and plain, so to me it's ugly. I don't know about Thailand but here in the U.S, real estate 101 is you don't showcase real estate in white. White rooms with grey or black furniture makes the place look cold. People think of their home as someplace warm and inviting. The furniture looks nice because again, cold. Her kitchen looks like an extended stay suite at a 3 star hotel. I mean like seriously would this condo be in your top 3? Not mine.
from Nutwara's ig hahah

the only room that did look good was the bedroom cause one of the walls were gray.

but honestly you get what you pay for. 20 million dollar condos dont have ugly kitchens like Noon's peace condo, the excuse that people dont cook isnt excusable *muha* people want a nice kitchen along with everything else no matter how their lifestyle is. even those that buy a house and dont plan to sit outside want a nice patio. we spent a fortune on colored stamped concrete and we never sit out there. you just wants what looks best for your home, even if you dont use it
