I don't quite like this type of condominium actually - small project, little or even zero facility. And this one is really expensive, starting from 2.87 mil? Saw an ad on TV last night, a full-facility condo (means a big pool!) only starting from 1.12 mil. wonder why this one costs that much?
Anyway property price in Thailand is really LOW! that 1.12 mil Bhat condo, I estimate it to be sold at least 600K S$ here, that's about 10 times' diff... *gg*

it's not even that nice. what makes a small place like this worthwhile is the kitchen, and her kitchen layout is so old fashioned. new style condos should at least have an island or opened concept kitchen not one that's hidden against the wall and has no real form. the fridge is way too small too.

i guess ppl who live here won't cook much since they'll just buy food in the streets anyways i guess that's why the kitchen is so small a looks like an afterthought

I'm a bit disappointed. I would feel like a giant in this tiny, small furniture place. It looks nice because it looks new and the interior design is somewhat okay but when real people move in, it's not going to look too good.

for that price it seems too much. you are not going bang for ur buck. Though, its very modern and simple. I guess you would have to be with the size of room you are getting. layout seems to flow too. Nice work for you.

lol Natty, its not ugly. the furniture is nice, but the kitchen is not, its so small and just against the wall. For a star, its not that nice, but for us common folks its decent. The condo doesn't even look like theres a common area, lobby or any type of facility. The furniture is what makes the condo look nice.

Hahahah the walk in closet look the biggest in all rooms LOL
but it looks more like a hotel, where you can only live in there for a few days rather than long term, hmmm >_<

the bedroom is nice though. but still even for those that dont cook, the bathrooms and kitchens are always the most important upgrades people look for. that kitchen is dingy

I guess that's all the space they've got hehe a lovely kitchen can totally make the whole place look nice, I mean I went to stay at a 2 bedroom Apartment in Sydney and they had a better and bigger kitchen, I thought greeze I can live here, but it was also the same Apartment Aum stayed in for 2 weeks so it got to be good lol and so the manager of the event told me, anyhow wished I bumped into her there :D *em:P* *cries* *cries*
