noon and her sisters are partners in the condo business. she said the building is about 50% done right now. There are 27 units available and about 1/4 has been sold already.

actually if u read what noon said back when she started, she said she wanted to start out with a small condo first. she didnt want to rush into a big business right away! so this is a head start for her and her sisters!

On WWYWY with her and Todd, she also mentioned the condo as being nearly half done or so! To be honest, Aom was surprised! lol The inside looks really neat and beautiful according to the pictures shown on WWYWY!

yeah but the word condo means extravagant, it should be many stories high, at least 30 and it should have amenities that all the residents can enjoy, including security and stuff like that

Actually Mai, a condominium is a form of home ownership. Has nothing to do with being extravagant or not, that's just the perception that condo's have been giving for so long. A condo doesn't have to beo 30 stories high, it can be an apartment or townhouse.
